Communication Policy

As part of our commitment to efficiency, effective communication, and producing high-quality work, we would like to inform you of an important update to our communication policy, effective April 1, 2024. 

A minimum of 72-hour notice is required for new tasks or changes to approved work. This advanced notice will allow us to make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation and meet project deadlines while maintaining the high quality of work you have come to expect from us. 

Requests made less than 72 hours in advance may incur a fee to allow our team to extend our work hours to complete your request. This work will be billed hourly at $200/hr. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate last-minute changes.
